The Valdrakken PvP vendors are located in the Gladiator’s Refuge at 40, 45.
There are four PvP vendors in Valdrakken: Calderax, Seltherex, Glamora, and Fieldmaster Emberath. They sell various PVP honor, conquest and even bloody coin gear.
Corxian is the Item Upgrades NPC who can upgrade Honor and Conquest items.
